EFFECTIVE 6/30/2020. DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Return Policy (Not in effect at this time) 
We do not offer refunds, only store credit. Store credits do not expire. Any item purchased using a store credit are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, simply email chimein@chimesboutique.com for a return authorization number within 7 days of delivery confirmation, include the RA # on the receipt or return label and return it within 7 days of delivery confirmation in  new and unused condition. Items returned without a return authorization number will be returned to sender. A return authorization must be received before receiving a store credit. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
All Sale or marked down items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged.
All other items (accessories, jewelry, swimwear, etc) are FINAL SALE.

 

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a store credit.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. No smells of smoke or other signs of being worn.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Chimes Boutique hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for store credit.
  • Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear cannot be returned.
  • All footwear exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Out of stock
It is entirely possible that the items become out of stock during the order processing stage. In such situations, our after-sale team will contact the customer and offer specific solutions.
